Counsellor & Psychotherapist

I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor, experienced in working with many different issues. I am also a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). This means I adhere to a set of standards and rules in the work I carry out with my clients.

I fully appreciate that life can be hard when you are experiencing difficulties, or when you are trying to make sense of things.

You may be ready to explore some of your feelings and by looking at this website, you are taking your first step to being honest with yourself in an attempt to move forward in your life.

I can offer you a non-judgemental, safe & confidential space, where we can explore your issues. Over our sessions, we can discover, together, any underlying problems behind the difficulties you are experiencing.

I have experience working for a Leeds based charity, seeing adult clients (age 18 plus) with wide ranging and often complex issues, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, Post natal depression/psychosis, issues with sleep, work problems, personality disorder, Bipolar, relationship issues, bullying & control, eating issues and weight anxiety to name some.

I have over 16 years experience supporting young people in Primary & High schools, with confidence and communications issues and I currently work counselling 11-19 year olds in an Academy in Leeds, each week.
