Counsellor & Psychotherapist (MBACP)

As an integrative practitioner, I am using person centred, relational and psychodynamic approaches including play therapy, all of which is provided in a flexible way to meet individual’s needs of all ages and gender.

I am registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) which means that I am committed to work within their Code of Ethics ensuring safety, confidentiality and a professional service. I have an experience of working with people from a range of different backgrounds referred by different mental health charities, IAPT and GP’s, offering both short and long term therapy for individuals and couples.
